RecollectionBy Lady HarkenMonsters always roamed around the castle. Most of them were undead, but even those alive were all under the control of the master of the castle. There were several in the room, but two quick sword slashes from weapons held by nobody finished the monster that had dared to come too near. The swords then returned to their owner, joining the other three floating around the man. He glanced around calmly, noticing that the other monsters in the room decided to not come near him. They were nothing against him; any monster could easily be disposed of. Joachim didn't waste another look at the creatures before continuing across the room, making his way to the door easily. He didn't actually walk but floated; it was easier, faster, and suited someone of his kind better than walking. He was a vampire after all. Behind the door was yet another corridor. He cursed silently, hating Walter even more for this. The master of the castle sure liked his games. The castle areas were large, complex and of course, filled with monsters. Walter liked providing challenge to the hunters and adventurers he lured into the castle. Joachim wasn't, however, doing this for the game. He was here to hunt the bastard down and kill him, now that he for once was out of that damn watery prison where Walter kept him locked. He hated the castle. He hated this area, and the fact that Walter kept his main rooms locked behind a seal held by five magical orbs. The orbs could be found from the castle, sure - if one just went through the five areas and managed to get them all. One of those he fortunately had already, as Walter kept it sealed in the Dark Palace of Waterfalls and Joachim just happened to have the access to it. He just needed the rest of them. That meant searching for them, of course. Joachim was quite convinced he could get them without having to mess with the monsters Walter had guarding them, at least not much. The two mindless ones he could either kill, or just steal the orbs. With the more intelligent ones... Ah, he would just have to come up with something. Or simply kill them, he thought bitterly while stopping in front of the door in the end of the corridor. They were, in the end, just monsters and no match to his power. He made his way through a few more corridors, more or less trapped, then opened yet another door and entered the next room, which was, not surprisingly, occupied by half a dozen undead creatures. Joachim frowned and moved forward carefully, taking a moment to watch what the monsters would do. It became quite obvious a few seconds later that the creatures in this room were mindless enough to not pick their targets too carefully. The things paid no attention to the fact that he was a vampire, just like the lord of the castle, and attacked. Joachim retreated a little and floated towards the corner. He then returned the attack, mentally sending his swords slashing through the air. The first two skeleton-type monsters ran right into his attack and were destroyed after a few hits; he laughed, then used the short moment he had to wait for his swords to return to dodge a Ghost Soldier coming at his direction. He floated around the things with ease, sending his swords at them again. The rest of the monsters were disposed of with ease. He stopped in the middle of the room to take a look around once they were gone, his bad mood quickly returning. He knew the area somewhat, but he had never really bothered to explore all the areas around Walter's castle before he had been locked away, and he cursed himself for that now. He knew who the boss of the area was and where he could expect to meet it - her, really - but knowing was one thing. Knowing how to get there was another, and although he would have never admitted it, he was somewhat lost. It was all Walter's fault, of course. "I'm going to kill you, Walter..." he mumbled to himself, then laughed again. He had had enough time to make plans how exactly he would kill Walter. He hadn't actually decided yet. Slowly and painfully or quickly and even more painfully... it didn't matter really as long as Walter would die. Joachim hated him, and he hated everything Walter had ever done. Walter had done a lot really, including turning Joachim into a vampire. That he didn't care so much about anymore, as he had lost any respect for humans long ago. Humans were inferior anyway. He just hadn't happened to like the way Walter ran things and had plotted for rebellion. The bastard had found out of course, and their battle hadn't ended well for Joachim. Walter could have killed him, but no. He had locked him away in the Dark Palace of Waterfalls, not that it stopped him from using him for whatever he wished for. Joachim closed his eyes for a moment, feeling the anger burning him. He despised the things Walter did, and for a good reason. Sure, Walter had turned him into a vampire. Walter had also kept him as his personal toy, and obviously believed he owned him. Just the thought enraged Joachim; he was owned by only himself, and whatever Walter might have thought was surely delusional. Still, the memory of what Walter had done to him so many times made him feel sick. "Kill... you..." he muttered, glaring at the wall with hatred in his eyes. Had Walter been there at that moment, Joachim was sure that just his gaze would have burned the man. Walter wasn't, however. Right. Probably hiding behind that damn seal somewhere in his quarters, he thought. Enjoying his games... It's too bad, Walter. I'm not going to play this any longer than necessary... He continued through the next few rooms, finding them empty from the monsters. The one after those had Ghosts in it, but he wasn't feeling like fighting and just went around them, heading to the door across the balcony. He found himself in yet another empty hallway. Through that one was another large room, filled with monsters and with two doors. He went around the things, killing only a skeleton that dared to step in his way, and stopped as he reached the next room. It had stairs in the back, leading upstairs, and he swore aloud. As far as he remembered, the room where the orb was held was not in the second floor, and this only meant he had taken a wrong turn. A pair of ghosts appeared from the corner and charged at him. Joachim glared at them, annoyed, then easily sent his swords at the things. A couple of hits for each of them was enough; the things screamed horribly as they died, and Joachim smirked almost sadistically. His smile then faded and he shook his head shortly, turning around. He would have to go back and pick another route. He took his frustration on the things in the large room and killed them all, then took the other door he hadn't tried on his previous visit to the room. It led to yet another empty corridor. He stopped by the window, not really interested in the view. It was always nighttime outside, thanks to Walter's Ebony Stone. Not that the night had bothered him - Joachim was, after all, a vampire, and the night gave him strength. The problem was, the night and the stone made Walter quite all-powerful. "We'll see about that..." he said to himself, his mind considering the ways he could use to kill Walter again. His expression then turned dark and he turned away. It was pointless to think about it, since it didn't matter how he killed Walter as long as he did kill Walter and the bastard died for good. He continued through the corridor and entered the next room. Some wolf-like monsters and spirit creatures that he didn't feel like bothering with occupied it, so he dodged them and exited through the closer door. Behind that he found another empty corridor; he passed through it quickly, cursing Walter for the place being so complex, and entered the next room. To his resentment, he found it a dead end. There was a trio of Shadow Wolves around; he sent out his swords and killed them out of sheer annoyance. He stopped to look around, but there was nothing in the room worth checking out. There appeared to be a walkway somewhere high above him, but he didn't see any way to get up there. "Damn this... damn you, Walter!" He returned to the door, swearing with words that humans wouldn't probably have even recognized. The corridor was still empty; he passed through it, enraged, and went back to the room from before. It had another exit; however, he was angered enough to take a moment to float around, dodging the monsters in the room and sending his swords into attack, slashing the things to pieces. The creatures died easily; the Spirits fell to a few slashes of his swords, and the Shadow Wolves yelped pathetically as they died. He looked at the empty room after disposing them all, smiled coldly then turned and took the third door. The door led to a room he recognized. He glanced at the balcony and realized it was one of the rooms he had passed not long time ago. So the area was connected. He sighed, then took a look around more carefully. He suddenly came to think of the fact that there had actually been monsters in this room; more of those bothersome Ghosts if he was correct, but he also hadn't felt like fighting at that time and had left them be. What made him alert all of a sudden was that the room was empty. There was nothing around and not even a sign of the monsters could be seen. He suddenly got a feeling that he wasn't alone and looked around again. "Are you perhaps lost, Joachim?" asked a calm voice from somewhere above him suddenly. Joachim gritted his teeth, moving away from the door and to the lower end of the stairs, cursing in his mind and asking himself how could he had missed the owner of that voice just a few seconds earlier when looking at the other doors. He could see him quite clearly now, sitting on the couch that was placed in the mid-platform of the stairs in the middle of the room. The vampire was sitting there casually, like he had been there all the time. Joachim guessed he had; Walter had just chosen to not show himself. "Walter!" he snapped, moving up the stairs and sending his swords at the other vampire as soon as he was in range, without considering his attack much. All five blades hit their target all right; it was when they returned to him that Joachim saw that Walter had simply raised his hand a little, and his swords had actually met one of Walter's defensive barriers. The lord of the castle sat there, completely unharmed. "What kind of a greeting is that?" Walter asked, smiling calmly. "I asked you a polite question, and that's what I get?" Joachim glared at him angrily, silently commanding his swords to float around himself. He then mentally raised one of the blades and charged it for an attack, then sliced at Walter. The strike connected, but the blade met the invisible barrier again. "I'm going to kill you, you bastard," he said, the anger quite clear in his voice. "Don't think I won't figure out how to get through that protection spell of yours..." Walter smirked and shifted his position a little. "I'm sure you will, Joachim. Eventually. Wish to try, perhaps right now?" He stood and took a step towards the younger vampire, which caused Joachim to involuntarily float backwards a little. "I'm quite enjoying this little game, and a little battle here would only make things more interesting. Not that I expected it to last for too long..." "Shut up," Joachim interrupted, his eyes turning red. "Fine, I'll give you a fight..." He sent one of his swords at the older vampire, to test the barrier a little, while pondering his possibilities. Walter's words bothered him greatly. What exactly was he meaning by 'game'? He didn't really want to consider the meaning too carefully. His weapon met the barrier, and he moved a little to the side to prepare his next move. Walter took another step closer, raising his hand to move a stray strand of red hair off from his eyes. He looked at the younger vampire, the same smug smirk as before on his face. "Well then, fine, give me your best..." Joachim smiled a little, then launched a magic beam attack at the redhead. It was a powerful spell and took a lot of energy to do, and he figured that it would be enough to wound Walter or at least distract him, if nothing else. All he needed was for Walter's concentration to fail for a half a second anyway; then, he would send one of his swords straight through the vampire's heart. He stopped the attack a moment later - only to find that Walter was not standing in front of him anymore. He blinked, frustrated, and looked around the room to find his opponent. He spun around as he thought he had heard something from behind him, and found out that he had taken a second too long trying to locate Walter. The vampire was standing at the bottom of the stairs - at what point he had gotten there, Joachim didn't know, but he guessed Walter had just teleported out of the way of his attack - and was looking at him with still that same annoying smirk on his face. "Ah, it sure seems you're not putting up much of a fight today," Walter said, raising his hand slowly. "Or maybe you are... your efforts are just quite weak..." As an answer, Walter got another volley of swords thrown at him. They did no damage, but Joachim was too enraged to care. He floated a few steps down, preparing for another attack as soon as his swords would return - but he never got the chance. Before he could move any closer, Walter clenched his fingers together, and an invisible force grabbed Joachim by the throat, the sudden pain causing him to lose the mental control he had over his weapons, and the five swords dropped to the floor. "Gh..." Joachim raised his hands to his throat but there was nothing he could have grasped on; the force holding him just was there, also breaking his concentration from his movements. It didn't matter anymore that he couldn't float though, as the invisible force held him a couple of inches above the carpet covering the stairs. He tried to struggle in vain, and after a moment just settled to glaring at Walter as angrily as he could. Walter just smiled as he stood there, watching him. "You're too reckless, Joachim. And you seem to have a bad memory. Ah well, the game's been interesting so far..." "Game?" Joachim mumbled, squirming a little. He couldn't breathe too well. "What the hell... are you up to now... you bastard...?" "I was bored, that's what," the older vampire answered calmly. "I decided to see how far you'd get this time... But seems you just managed to get lost here, and aren't even in enough power to put up much of a fight. How disappointing. Still, trying to kill me... you're being bad again. Have you forgotten who you belong to?" Joachim shot an enraged glare at Walter for that but didn't answer. That was actually because he couldn't; he was having trouble even thinking straight. He tried to concentrate enough to get back in contact with his weapons, to levitate at least one of the swords and manage to distract Walter just for a moment... It was a mistake. Walter apparently noticed what he was doing, and the next thing he knew was that he was thrown at the wall. He couldn't stop himself from crying out from pain as he slumped beside the wall, feeling his consciousness escaping him. He knew he couldn't afford fainting and fought to stay awake, but the darkness firmly took over his senses, and his mind went blank for a moment. When he came to a moment later, he found himself lying on the stairs half-naked. He opened his eyes slowly, only to find Walter sitting on the stairs next to him - and working on stripping him from the rest of his clothes. Joachim blinked then tried to move away, only to find himself hurting too much to move. He took a deep breath and decided he could ignore the pain, but when he actually tried to sit up, Walter grabbed him by the shoulder and pressed him back down violently. "Ah. Where do you think you're going?" "...Hrm..." Joachim tried to get out the older vampire's hold but failed. He simply lacked the strength, and besides, it was pointless. Walter could have just grabbed him like he had earlier. "Somewhere," he muttered as an answer. "Wherever, as long as it's away from you. Wherever I can rest for a moment before I return and kill you. You might just as well let go, you bastard... I'm not feeling like playing your game." Walter laughed. "You've been playing it already. The game's over, though, and you lost, Joachim. I will now claim my prize..." He returned to his previous task and removed the younger vampire's boots, tossing them to the side before starting to work on Joachim's pants. This finally made Joachim fight back for real though. He had no interest in getting completely stripped in some random hallway. His body ached when he rose to try to hit Walter but he ignored it; his reward was however a hard slap across his face. Considering Walter's strength, the hit was strong enough to make him bleed from the edge of his lower lip, and to make his mind blank out for another moment. He managed to get his consciousness back only a minute later, but by then it was too late to worry about Walter stripping him, as the master of the castle was done with his task now. Walter sat there, smirking again as he worked to remove his gauntlets. "Are you quite done yet with your vain resistance?" Walter asked, his voice malicious and cruel. "You should know better. And I really thought I taught you better than this, but no. You just don't know when to give up. Or perhaps you're just masochistic..." He dropped his gauntlets beside him and leaned closer to touch Joachim's face. He drew his fingertips over the injury on the younger vampire's lip, and Joachim took the opportunity to bite him. "Ow. Well then, I see that you're not done yet. It seems I really need to teach you a lesson about certain things..." "Like what?" Joachim hissed, not that he really wanted to be reminded to the things Walter's 'lessons' usually included. He felt weak and wished to use any chance he had against Walter, though, and besides - if he made the older vampire irritated enough, then Walter would probably settle just for simply raping him. He certainly didn't like the other options. Walter drew his fingers over Joachim's lips again then looked at the few drops of blood on his fingers. "Things like ownership. Or is your memory really that selective? Fine, I'll ask you again, Joachim. Have you forgotten who you belong to?" "I belong to no one but myself," the younger vampire answered coldly. "You can cling to your delusions all you want, Walter, but I'm not something that can be owned. And I'm not yours." "I think someone here needs some discipline," Walter replied to that while he reached out with his left hand and grabbed Joachim by the hair. "Bad, bad little Joachim. Think I'll let you get away with that? Then again, restoring your memory about how things really are shouldn't be that hard..." He smirked, placing his free hand on the younger vampire's bare chest. Joachim shivered from the touch, hating it, but he was in no condition to fight back. Getting thrown at the wall earlier had made him quite dizzy, and despite everything, he didn't wish to undergo the experience again too soon. Walter caressed his victim's skin gently with his fingertips, his smirk turning into a smug smile. He knew well how Joachim's body reacted to his touch, and how much the younger vampire hated him for it. However, he had taught him well. He ran his fingers down the pale skin, enjoying the disgusted look in Joachim's eyes when he stopped his hand over the younger vampire's crotch. "Speaking of hard..." Walter grinned slightly. "Whatever you claim, your body disagrees with you." Joachim would have turned away if Walter hadn't been holding him by his hair; since he was unable to do so, he just closed his eyes, hating the redhead's victorious expression way too much. It was another mistake on his part. Closing his eyes only made him more sensitive to the feeling of being touched, and he had to bite his lip to keep himself from crying out when Walter started to stroke his erection slowly, teasing. Walter had indeed taught him well; his body responded to the older vampire's touch so easily and against his will, and there was nothing he could have done except lie there and hope Walter would stop. "...Stop..." he muttered quietly, not wanting this to happen. He knew what Walter was capable of and what could, or rather, would happen. It surely wasn't the first time either. "What... You want me to stop? Now? I suppose I could, even though it would leave you wishing I hadn't," the older vampire said with an evil tone in his voice. He continued fondling Joachim's hard member skillfully and snickered as he felt him strain under the touch. "You say those things but in the end, you don't know what you want. So well now, let me remind you of what exactly you want..." Walter let go of Joachim's silver hair, letting him slump against the stairs. He leaned down and kissed the younger vampire on the lips gently - and Joachim's instant answer was to try to bite again. Walter moved away for a bit and laughed. "Oh I see. Still not giving up, although you have no strength left. We'll see about that soon though..." He kissed Joachim again, this time forcefully and violently enough to steal the young vampire's ability to breathe for a moment. When he broke the kiss, Joachim coughed and gasped for breath. He took a moment to glare at Walter, then just lay still. By now he was guessing that the inability to resist didn't come from just the pain caused by getting thrown at the wall. It wasn't the first time Walter had held him still with one of his spells, not that any spells were really needed. Trying to escape would have been futile, now that Walter had the upper hand. "I said... stop..." he mumbled angrily, not liking the way his voice sounded. It was so weak, so not like him. Also, it was yet another thing to hate Walter for. If it weren't for Walter and his damn games and strange obsessions, Joachim wouldn't have been there in the first place. "Do you really want me to stop?" Walter whispered evilly, leaning down to nibble on Joachim's neck gently. He continued down on the younger vampire's skin, capturing one nipple between his teeth. "I'm not so sure about that... That would leave you suffering more than you are suffering now," he mumbled then continued, gnawing carefully. His hand also continued working on Joachim's erection, and the younger vampire found himself involuntarily moving against the touch. Joachim hated it more than anything, even more than he hated Walter if that was just possible. He hated the way the older vampire made his body react and hated how he responded against his will. He bit his lip again to stay silent as Walter moved lower, removing his hand from the hard length and instead capturing it into his mouth. Joachim strained for a moment then writhed a little, trying to get away from the touch - or that was what he told himself he was doing anyway. In reality, he was way too weak and under Walter's control to move anywhere. He had made yet another mistake when biting his lip; it was bleeding now and the taste of blood, even his own, shrouded his mind. He raised his left hand to his lips to silence himself, and while not noticing it, reached to grasp Walter's hair with his other hand. He closed his eyes again, not wanting to see anything and it only made things worse again. Walter's skillful sucking on his member made him want to cry out in ecstasy. He hated himself for that and hated Walter even more. Walter interrupted his caresses for a moment and stopped to lick his fingers, then carefully pressed his hand between the younger vampire's slender legs, pushing them apart. Joachim couldn't keep himself from crying out as two digits entered him, pressing skillfully against a spot that made his body even more sensitive. The older vampire laughed softly, watching his victim for a moment. "Starting to remember yet, hmm, Joachim?" Walter asked, smirking as he watched Joachim's fragile, naked form sprawled on the stairs. "Do you remember who owns you yet?" "...Go to... hell..." Joachim mumbled before slapping his hand tightly over his lips as Walter rewarded him by pressing a third finger into him, causing him to squirm weakly. His body burned, and he knew he wouldn't be allowed to release before Walter felt like it. This was why he wished the master of the castle would have just settled for raping him; it had been over faster when that happened and he would have been left with his body hurting all over, another reminder of why he hated Walter more than anything in the world. He wasn't going to get away easily today, however. Walter's lips enveloped his member again and it took him all his remaining power to keep himself silent. The older vampire's free hand wandered on his chest, caressing him softly. His skin was sensitive to the touch and he had to slap both his hands over his mouth now. He knew Walter would have wanted to hear him moan, and that he wasn't going to do as long as he just could avoid it. Walter's caresses were slowly turning him insane and robbing all his control. Joachim knew he would lose the game, but he refused to give up. The touch on his skin, the fingers cruelly but skillfully pleasing him and the blissful torture upon his member were just too much. He wished he had just lost consciousness, but he knew that Walter wouldn't allow that to happen yet. The vampire's hands finally left him as Walter moved away, sitting next to his victim and smirking calmly. He reached to stroke Joachim's face gently, quite pleased at what he saw. "Don't you need something, Joachim? Just ask..." Joachim hated what he was about to do; he despised himself, and the rage he felt towards Walter was stronger than ever. Still, he knew that if he didn't say it... No, Walter wouldn't just leave him lie there alone. Walter would stay and torture him more until he lost it and pleasured himself while the older vampire would sit there and watch, laughing. It was too much of a humiliation although he briefly considered staying silent just to show Walter that he couldn't be broken, even though doing so would have meant that the vampire would have done worse things to him. Just... get over with it... He kept his eyes closed, hating everything. Walter apparently got bored and brushed his fingers over his chest, and that decided it for Joachim. He needed this to end now. "...Please..." he whispered, his voice barely audible. "I can't hear you, Joachim," Walter commented smugly. "Please," the younger vampire said again, with a little more strength in his voice. "Please, finish what you started, you sick bastard." Walter laughed but appeared to be doing something - working on his clothes, really. He often kept him armor on when doing this and just removed what was necessary for the act. "Good enough," he said, kneeling on the stairs and lifting Joachim up a little. "I shall give you what you need, then." Joachim couldn't stop himself from crying out from pain when Walter entered him. He also found it impossible to stop himself from wrapping his legs around Walter. The vampire pressed into him in a way that could have been considered to be violent, but Joachim didn't care about the pain. If there was pain, at least there was some reminder of his hatred towards Walter, although unfortunately to him the pain left him way too soon, the feeling replaced with a burning need for a release. "Are you willing to give up now?" Walter asked, amusement apparent in his voice as he continued thrusting into the younger vampire. "I guess you did put up more of a fight than I thought after all, but there is no escape... You belong to me, Joachim, and it would be better if you accepted that." "I... I'm... I'll kill you... ...aah..." Joachim muttered from between his teeth, too weak to cover his mouth anymore. He hated the soft moans that escaped from his lips, but his thoughts were beginning to be too incoherent that he would have cared much anymore. He didn't even notice raising his right hand and slipping it between his legs to pleasure himself while Walter continued his cruel, controlled thrusts. The older vampire laughed again then stopped to adjust their position a little. Joachim felt a slight pressure tightening around the base of his member; it was simple spell by Walter, meant to keep him from being able to release prematurely. He shook his head; he had experienced the spell enough times before and couldn't stand it. However, Walter was a sadistic bastard and would continue things as long as he pleased. Joachim sometimes wondered if watching him suffer pleased Walter more than the act itself. He was certain that was the case. Walter slowed his movements a little, just for the amusement of seeing the younger vampire squirm weakly against him and try to get him to continue. He then resumed his thrusts on a faster pace, well aware of Joachim's suffering. "When will you learn, then?" he asked, smirking. "You've been mine from the moment I laid my eyes on you and there's nothing you can do to change that..." "Aa... nnh... I'm... not..." Joachim managed to mumble before his voice completely failed him as Walter decided to press into him even more cruelly. The last remaining sane part of his mind told him to say it; say that he was Walter's and to end the torture. He didn't want to but knew he would have to, eventually, even if the sheer thought made him want to kill himself, except Joachim didn't wish for death - Walter had to die first. "Yes? You're not what?" Walter continued, then his voice turned cold. "I'm afraid I won't take that as an answer. Now, Joachim, who do you belong to?" Joachim bit his lip again and shook his head, then lay still for a moment. Walter's length pressing into him made him squirm after a few seconds passed, and although his mind screamed 'no', he knew that he had to end it before his mind snapped. "...Y...yours..." he whispered, tears of anger burning in his eyes. He felt the spell being lifted; Walter laughed and then leaned over him, grinning victoriously. "Yes, Joachim," the vampire said, touching Joachim's face softly. "Mine. It would be better if you remembered that." Walter then placed a gently kiss on the younger vampire's lips before pressing his head to the side and biting him. Joachim screamed from a mixture of pain and pleasure. Walter always bit to the same place, the exact same spot on his neck where he had bitten him the first time, back when he had turned Joachim into a vampire. Being drained of blood left the younger vampire very weak, but it also gave him ultimate bliss which he despised over anything in the act. "Walter!" he cried out, the orgasm consuming him completely. It left him powerless and spent, but he was beyond caring at that point. He barely felt Walter finishing things, and his mind only registered the older vampire's laugh as he slumped on the stairs, and the only thing remaining in his mind was rage. He was too tired to notice Walter picking him up a moment later and tossing him over his shoulder. He didn't know what happened between the master of the castle exiting the Ghostly Theater and entering the room where Walter usually kept him. He did cry out softly when Walter dropped him onto the stone floor of the room by the waterfalls, and he heard the vampire laughing as the large door closed, locking him into the watery prison once more. "I will kill you..." Joachim mumbled weakly but the hatred made his voice, which was a bare whisper, sound determined. He felt the coldness of the floor against his face but was unable to move, and although his body ached badly, he lay in the position Walter had left him, naked and vulnerable. "I'll kill you, Walter... one day... I will... kill you..." He smirked just a little, then the darkness caused by the exhaustion overtook his mind and he fell asleep.
END.
