WeekendBy Lady HarkenFrom the unmistakable sound of TV - with the sound turned way too loud - being turned on, Culgan could easily draw the conclusion that Seed had finally bothered to get up. It was weekend and they both were off from work today, so Seed of course took the opportunity to sleep late. Culgan himself had gotten up hours ago. Even on a day off, he would bring some paperwork home and check over things while having nothing better to do. He was too practical to waste time watching TV, while the thing seemed to amuse Seed to now end. Sometime during the next hour, while the TV still stayed on, Culgan heard someone using the shower. He didn't pay too much attention until he finally got up to get himself something to drink. He stopped to look at the couch; Seed lay there wearing nothing but a bathrobe, apparently too lazy to go get dressed. The redhead's hair was also a mess. Seed didn't even notice he was standing there, meanwhile. "You could brush your hair, you know," Culgan commented. "Don't forget we're going out to eat later today." The only response he got was random mumbling. Culgan smirked then made it to the bathroom and picked up a hairbrush. He returned to the living room, took a chair and moved it next to the couch. He then proceeded to brush Seed's hair. "...Hey? What do you think you're doing?" Seed asked, surprised. He didn't, however, move just yet. "I said you need to brush your hair. You weren't listening so I figured I'll take a break from work and do it for you," the older man replied, smiling to himself. Seed didn't bother coming up with a reply. He considered pretending to be annoyed - but the fact was, what Culgan was doing happened to feel quite comfortable so he settled just to playing passive. Culgan noticed fifteen minutes later that the younger man was sleeping with a content smile on his face.
END.
